Our Product Development Center
has been renamed Ervin Technologies. While it remains the
center of our research and development efforts, the scope
has been expanded to include production of specialty products.
Ervin Technologies works to create new products and supports
our corporate commitment to technical advances of existing
products.
Our staff of dedicated professionals insures our ability
to supply unique products to many industries, using licenced
technology, Ervin-developed processes, and intellectual
property.
This technology is used to produce super alloys for use
in aerospace and commercial applications. The rapid solidification
rate (RSR) technology provides the ability to produce fine-grained
unique microstructures, homogenous chemistries, and amorphous
materials unattainable through other atomization methods.
In addition to the RSR technology, we have also developed
methods to produce micron-sized spherical particles for
a full range of applications.
We continually work with industry and research scientists
to develop and commercialize new materials.
We encourage our customers to work with us as part of the
process - from start to finish - close-up and hands on.
